Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the STANAG English School mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

3. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless permitted by law.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as allowed by law.
• You may not misuse the App (e.g., interfere with security, overload servers, or attempt unauthorized access).

4. Accounts (optional)

If the App supports accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)

5.1 Auto-renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings:
  • Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions (or App Store account subscriptions page)
  • Google: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

5.2 Free trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
If you do not offer a free trial, you can remove this section.

5.3 Refunds

Payments are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests are subject to their policies and processes.

6. Content and intellectual property

The App, including all content, trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. The App is for educational purposes and does not guarantee exam results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Subscription cancellations are handled through Apple/Google account settings.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles.
